Workshop 1 – Raqs Al Asaya ‘Cane Dance’ Adding the Cane to the New Routine!

We will be learning a new Saidi routine (the one that is being taught in the open classes at present) do not worry if you do not know it, as it will be covered again in this workshop. We will be adding Cane movements and combination to this beautiful routine.

Please bring a cane to this workshop, it is designed for a straight cane, but a hooked cane will be fine for practicing with.
I have a few canes to lend out, but they are limited, so please let me know if you would need one, they will also be available to purchase on the day for £10 please let me know in advance if you require one.

Workshop 2 – Alexis Southall – Tribal Fusion ‘Techniques & Layering’

The Lovely Alexis Southall will be coming to town to run a workshop teaching out some of her fantastic & Funky ‘Tribal Fusion’ Moves & Combination.
Alexis will also take you through some basic layering drills combining upper body movement with hip work, and hip work with traveling, and demonstrate how you should practice this at home. Prepare to sweat and be challenged!
